Filippo Cianciosi – Creative Director and Gelato Chef
Filippo is a 3rd generation Italian Gelato Chef, Cold Pastry Designer, and International Master Gelato Instructor. He owns multiple gelato stores in Riccione, Italy and recently moved to Southern California, bringing his Italian traditions to California’s blossoming artisanal food renaissance.
